Information about appointments

Appointment – please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Prior completion of your registration form will speed up the process.

Referral – Please remember to bring your referral from your family doctor or referring specialist (tattoo and hair removal laser patients exempt).

Makeup – Please remember to remove makeup if you are having a consultation about or treatment on your face.

Payment – Payments are to be made on the day of your appointment. Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, and cash. Please note that large cosmetic treatments must be paid in full when making an appointment.

Missed appointments – Failure to keep an appointment will incur a cancellation fee.

Parking

Our new clinic is conveniently located in the Box Hill medical district, with ample 2-hour metered parking available directly in front of the building.

For those seeking free parking, Severn Street, Thames Steet (beyond the roundabout), Medway Street, and other nearby residential streets (just a few hundred metres away) offer free 2-hour on-street parking.

For those wanting the ultimate convenience there is a secure parking garage located directly next door, entrance via Nelson Road. Click here for further information. Parking fees apply.

Other parking suggestions

Eastern Health public basement car park accessible via Rodgerson Road. Parking fees apply.

Two-hour ticketed parking is available in the short stay car park located in Rodgerson Road (near the hospital Emergency Department). The ticket machine accepts coin only and the fees are $3.00 per hour ($6.00 for two hours).

Arnold Street has ample 2-hour metered parking available.

For those wanting to take advantage of the location and visit Box Hill Central (900m walk away) there is multiple entrances to the carpark and rates are very reasonable. Click here for further information.

Public Transport

Train: Box Hill Station is just a 900m walk. Simply turn left onto Whitehorse Road, right onto Nelson Road, and then left into Thames Street.

Bus: Routes 612, 281, 293 and 302 all have stops within one block of the clinic.

Tram: Route 109, approximately 400m walk from closest stop.

Your medical record will continue to be securely accessible to our doctors at the new location. Your existing referral will remain valid, provided it is still within its referral period.
